Terms & Conditions — oke76 Platform Agreement

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the oke76 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of the platform:

oke76 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity.

To access real-money games and betting markets on oke76, you must complete a full account registration. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on the oke76 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). oke76 does not apply currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the Supported Payment Methods listed in Clause 1.

oke76 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools to manage their gaming activity. The following self-management tools are available to all registered Players within their account settings dashboard without requiring a support request.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited into their account. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure in-session alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified number of hours.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During this period, login is disabled and no deposits can be made. Existing pending withdrawals will continue to be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request permanent self-exclusion. A permanently self-excluded account cannot be reopened. oke76 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration by a self-excluded Player on the same platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the oke76 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balance subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the oke76 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or accepting deposits from others into a personal account.
• Using any software, bot, script, automation tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any title or betting market for profit.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any game type, including poker or live dealer formats.
• Placing bets on events whose outcome the Player has prior non-public knowledge of (insider betting).
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from the oke76 platform without prior written permission.

All content on the oke76 platform — including but not limited to the oke76 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is either owned by oke76 or licensed to oke76 by its respective rights holders. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of oke76 or the relevant rights holder.

Game titles, artwork, mechanics, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others) and are licensed to oke76 for display on the platform. Players receive no intellectual property rights by virtue of registering an account or playing any game on oke76.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oke76's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oke76 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or loss of gaming opportunity arising from: platform downtime; technical malfunctions beyond oke76's reasonable control; third-party payment processing failures; cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or data breaches despite oke76's reasonable security measures; or any inaccuracy in odds or game results caused by a data feed error subsequently corrected.

oke76 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime events may temporarily affect access; oke76 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the platform's official communication channels.

oke76 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform operation. The types of data collected, the purposes of processing, the retention periods applied, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in the oke76 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting oke76 support, subject to oke76's obligation to retain certain data for legal and regulatory compliance purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the oke76 platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3. oke76 does not sell, rent, or share personally identifiable information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.

oke76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, eligibility criteria, or Player rights — oke76 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered Players via email to the registered address on file and via a prominent notice on the oke76 platform.

Continued use of the oke76 platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures described in Clause 3.3, following which any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which oke76 is incorporated and operates. Nothing in this clause limits oke76's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and oke76 arising from the use of the platform, the Player must first submit a written complaint to oke76 support via the contact details in Clause 14. oke76 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through this internal process, the Player may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available in their jurisdiction.

Where Indonesian law applies to a transaction or interaction with a Player who is a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age, oke76 will take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian consumer protection principles in the resolution of that dispute.
